I just wanted to update you on a few items for November:
Pot hole reported near SW 137th and Hay Stack Ln to Oklahoma City Public Works – 405.680.5808
Common area off of Wagon Boss Road has been graded and ready for sod. Once OG&E installs power then the finish landscaping will go in and will be ready to use before Spring.
Area around South Pond should be mowed, pending on weather, within the next three weeks. The Association will have this area mowed bi-weekly next mowing season and make this common area useful to Homeowners.
Penn Entry split rail fencing has been repaired.
The HOA continues to work on collecting delinquent dues and filing liens accordingly.
Lastly, the Association is working on at least three open violation tickets.
