The quarterly meeting was held on 8/3/20 with three of four board members present along with one homeowner.
- Mr. Rust was elected president of the HOA.
- 2021 dues will be increased by 20%.
- A vote on a one time special assessment will be held at the 11/2/20 meeting for funding to replace the fence along SW 134th St.
