Hello Country Place Homeowners.
We are coming up on the first board meeting of 2022.
This being the annual meeting (where board members are elected) we need to have 10% of the neighborhood (44 homes) represented at the meeting. If there is not 10% of the neighborhood represented, the meeting is null and void. This will require another meeting to be called 5 – 30 days later. If you can not make the meeting for what ever reason, you are highly encouraged to fill out the proxy and have someone that is going to the meeting take it there for you. Doing this will allow your house to be counted as one of the 44 needed, and will earn you great appreciation by all of those that serve on the board.
